"Quick stopover for a business trip, excellent location close to the airport. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room I was booked was large and comfortable. Good sleep with minimal noise. Didn't try the restaurant but I hear from colleagues that the food is very good."

"Best hotel experience in Taipei. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and clean. Has deluxe family room which was sufficient for our family of 4, with kids getting their own beds. Robes were provided for each person, beds were so firm and comfortable, no jet lag issues here! Shower has great water pressure and turns hot quickly. Great amenities: rooftop pool with views of all taipei, gym amenities, sauna. Great service: concierge was amazing to help us book reservations for restaurants and massage. Loved turn down service and housekeeping provided fresh fruit and water everyday! Appreciated Bell Hop holding our bags until airport shuttle arrived. Location: convenient to MRT, restaurants, night market, Taiwanese breakfast locations, Doctor, and shopping mall next door. Will definitely be back!! "

"It’s in the center of some of the best shops love the rooms and how clean it was. it also provides slippers, sleepwear, toothbrushes, q-tips and shaver (which are not provided unless you ask in some 5 star hotels). I’m impressed and my kids loved it."
