"We love your hotel and have stayed with you a few times and have one future date at the moment. The attention to detail is awesome. Our recent room seemed to be showing some signs of wear. The bed had a hump in the middle and pronounced depressions on both side. The sofa was a bit saggy. The bathroom and shower were excellent and things were very clean."
