"This is a nice property, exactly as described/pictured, in an area that marries modern-comfort with local influences. Both Lis (property manager) and Dave (host) were available & responsive as needed, & we truly appreciated that. Lis provided a solution to the laundry situation, which we appreciated but did not need to utilize. The unit is well equipped & the area is easily accessible by good paved roads; no scary approaches! Should we come back to the area, I would not hesitate booking Casa Roberta"

"We are 2 couples in our 60’s. The set up of the house was perfect for us. We each had a bedroom on the end of the house. We did have a 3rd couple join us for 3 nights and they stayed in the lower bedroom. If we’d been 3 couples staying the entire time it might have come down to drawing the short straw to see who took the lower level bedroom. The property is set up on a hill - therefore the view is spectacular! We did not rent a car so we used Uber or we walked everywhere. The hill would be a climb if you are not in good physical shape. We walked all 3 of our beaches daily and really enjoyed that. We also spent lots of time under the gazebo or in the pool. The purpose of our trip was to rest, relax, and enjoy the heat, good food, and the beauty of Costa Rica!Walking into town along Playa Potrero is a much safer option than the road but check the tide charts. Potrero had many good restaurants and we tried numerous ones but not all of them. The staff at the house were friendly and very helpful. We had to resort to Google translate sometimes as none of us speak very much Spanish. We enjoyed the company of the dogs, especially Bella, as she was most affectionate and happy to hang out with us. Lovely home with a well set up kitchen and as I mentioned, spectacular views. Great to watch the sunset or the boats on the ocean. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and I highly recommend this property."

The kitchen was very well equipped, we made several meals and found everything we needed to cook. The house and outdoor space was large so we had plenty of area to spread out to enjoy our time. The house manager Arturo responded immediate to questions about activities and restaurants. "Our stay at Casa Natalia was simply fabulous! We traveled there with a group of family adults to celebrate my husband's 70th Birthday. We loved all the amenities and comfort the house had to offer. Great expansive kitchen with lots of dishes, wine glasses, etc., was perfect for entertaining. We truly appreciated all the help and assistance we received from Jimmy, the concierge. He was responsive, courteous, and we couldn't have pulled off our little celebration without him! His chef recommendation was right on; Miguel (the chef) prepared a wonderful birthday celebration dinner for us. We were also very pleased with Jennys, our cleaning lady. She came each day to refresh bathrooms, towels, and left the house spotless! The outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting areas were enjoyed by all. The ice making machine was certainly a plus! "Great little getaway right on the beach. Clean cozy and comfy.The unit is just as the website says. Basic simple kitchenette but perfect for the 2 of us. Ample utensils plates cups glasses etc to prepare simple meals.A/C woworked as did the appliances.Worth stating here"
