"Our stay at Casa Natalia was simply fabulous! We traveled there with a group of family adults to celebrate my husband's 70th Birthday. We loved all the amenities and comfort the house had to offer. Great expansive kitchen with lots of dishes, wine glasses, etc., was perfect for entertaining. We truly appreciated all the help and assistance we received from Jimmy, the concierge. He was responsive, courteous, and we couldn't have pulled off our little celebration without him! His chef recommendation was right on; Miguel (the chef) prepared a wonderful birthday celebration dinner for us. We were also very pleased with Jennys, our cleaning lady. She came each day to refresh bathrooms, towels, and left the house spotless! The outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting areas were enjoyed by all. The ice making machine was certainly a plus! "Oh where do I even Begin..... Arturo, Martin, Poco (dog)!!!! We loved them all! They were there on a dime anytime you needed anything, including Poco (who meet us for breakfast down the street :-)) Arturo booked our catamaran and was very helpful when the catamaran people messed up our reservation...I reached out to Arturo he answered immediately and they jumped into action once they heard Arturo :-) I am in awe over the property, the kind people who came to clean up for us, the owner.....We will be back and I would stay no other place!!!!! Thanks again for everything and helping make our vacation, Unforgettable!!!!!"

"We loved this property location. It is VERY safe and convenient for a relaxing vacation. We traveled with another couple, who booked a different room on the property and had included the beach club ($30/person) and daily maid service, for the same price. We did not realize that was an option when booking so would suggest reaching out about that. "

"We loved this house and the staff! They communicated well with us and helped us make the most of our stay. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Chef Anna made great food and then we ate at their restaurant las Brisa’s and danced! Did a catamaran with lazy lizard and loved them too"

"If you would like a relaxing vacation by the beach, this is the place to stay beautiful location, beautiful rooms. The service was outstanding. They have a number of restaurants to choose from last night. We had a barbecue on the beach, which was excellent. You can get a golf cart to go to a restaurant that’s nearby so you don’t need to have a car for that. It’s about 45 minutes from the big city beach. I would definitely come again. "

"We absolutely loved this property and the concierge Jimmy was amazing! He was so helpful in helping us plan everything including transportation, coordinating the excursions, golf carts and our last night meal which was prepared for us at the property. The house was perfect and clean. Having the pool was a plus. Highly recommend for large groups. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also a huge plus!! It was a great place to stay and the beach was terrific. We felt like locals rather than tourists with the accommodations. There were many places to eat and small markets nearby for groceries, although Jimmy also arranged for groceries to be there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again or possibly try the other property this owner owns. Can’t say enough about this property it was perfect!!"

"The 5 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom provided more than enough room for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The private pool and 6-person golf cart were put to great use throughout our trip. The concierge Arturo, was fantastic! His communication style was very warm and helpful. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and he was able to have the problem fixed the next day. We requested a gas grill and beach chairs on Christmas day and both showed up on the next day. Arturo was also able to contact Reserva Conchal golf course in order to help us schedule a tee-time...without his help we would not have been able to play at this amazing course. Additionally, Arturo helped us schedule a private chef for a couple evenings and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this booking!"
