"The receptionist could not find our booking even though we checked in and paid on line a few days in advance. It took about 20 minutes to sort out. Other than that an impressive building and small but adequate room."

I booked this hotel because Expedia showed it was 16 minutes walk from The NEC, its NOT, well over 30 minutes. Here for three days, most inconvenient. Ill check better next time Hotel staff were absolutely lush! "

"Excellent overnight stay on one of the warmest days of the year so far. Pleasent modern hotel, food and drinks available in lobby pub / bar, clean and airy, excellent facilities including a pool, sauna and steam room available to guests staying club room level or above along with free parking. Even managed to watch the England/Denmark football match in their cinema styled TV room next to the bar. Overall excellent."
