"Everything was outstanding! The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with facilities in excellent condition. The entertainment options for both adults and kids were fantastic, and the variety of food offered was very good. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning. While the location is conveniently 15 minutes from the airport, it’s a bit far (about a 30-minute drive) from the main tourist hub, Avenida Las Americas. Additionally, it would have been great to see halal food options...

"Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and SPA. As an owner we are always treated very well and have our requests met. Jon on reception (the original crew) is always helpful and welcoming. Thank you"
