"The hotel staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms super comfy, and the view! Wow. Also very easy central location. Free bikes to rent super nice touch. Only disappointment was that the balcony and the terrace is undergoing work so they were closed. "

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great price but most of all the staff was spectacular. Friendly and helpful would be an understatement. The front desk as well as the morning restaurant staff seemed to continually go above and beyond to make it an excellent experience for me. Breakfast display was delightful with always fresh fruit and proteins ( I didn’t eat the large assortment of pastries) I left for 10 days to Cochamo and when I returned they remembered everything we liked and would want. Above and beyond service. Also, location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the main grocery store 2 mins to restaurants and shopping and beach. Highly recommend "
