"Atención de las propietarias muy cálida. Te hacen sentir en familia, señoras muy atentas y procuran tu comodidad. Excelente opción para alojarte cerca de los viñedos."
"Second stay here. Relaxing and comfortable. Close to restaurants, cafes, stores. Would benefit from more beverage service in the hotel I will return again. "
"We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control.
But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe.
They could have warned us.
And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in.
We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."
"This is a peaceful & charming retreat with a well-maintained courtyard. The owners were nice & accommodating although I was somewhat uncomfortable that they entered our room to close the drapes after we had checked in, placed our luggage in the room & had gone to dinner.
Our room was clean & comfortable, featuring a spacious bathroom & king-size bed, though one side of the bed noticeably sloped toward the floor. The WiFi worked well, but the internet for the TV did not, so we were unable to...

"We visited from the States, and we really enjoyed our stay! I loved that it was higher on the hill above the other hotels and had the perfect view of the Peña de Bernal. The staff was very helpful, and someone was always at the gate to make sure we could enter, whether we were driving in or walking in. Downtown was maybe a five-minute walk down the hill, which was perfect (but you need to be okay with walking up and down a hill on somewhat uneven roads). The wineries were only about 20 minutes away, which was where we visited for an entire afternoon. The breakfast was convenient and delicious as well- there was cereal, chilaquiles, eggs, yogurt, and fruit every morning. We would stay here again!"
"To shower you had to choose very hot water or cold, the knobs were hard to control. The hotel is closed at 10:00 pm and cannot go out or in until the next day, no front desk service. "
"Upscale elegance nestled in historic town. Stayed as a large family between two rooms and loved the pools, hammocks, and very comfortable bedding. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. On-site restaurant was superb. Would stay here again 100%."
