"First time staying at this resort. Very nice lobby/entrance area. Parking is great! Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t like check-in is very late (4 pm). It was nice to be able to use the pool while we waited. We were also disappointed cribs are not available. Microwaves aren’t available in the room either. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I loved that the tv has a chromecast available so we could stream from our devices since the tv channels are limited. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious!"

"While everything was in order and the staff was great. I feel that they should keep people with animals away from those who don’t bring animals to the property. I had to get another room because the person next to me had very loud dogs. Other than that, they need to exterminate the property more often for roaches. I saw a couple of them in my room that I hadn’t before when I stayed at the same hotel. The hotel overall stays clean it was just disappointing to see that."
