"This was an average hotel at best. The room was quite small and the bed was hard as per Asian standards. There is not much in the area and we had a hard time finding anything to eat after our arrival in the early evening. 7-11 was about the only thing open. There was supposed to be a Tesco nearby but we could not locate it. Breakfast was not great."

"If you're coming from anywhere as a traveller that is train bus or air... It's too far away 16km which adds another 400 baht to trip. Internet is really bad if you need it. Staff were helpful. Almost no eating facility within a mile. Tbh Sura Thani is strange. Police were helpful finding me reasonable ride to the hotel. But very few actual eating places around unless you like your pork beef chicken etc."

"The doorman was most helpfull. Language was a bit of a barrier at reception. We had the kindest, most friendly waitress in the Resstaurant. Evening meals were very tasty and acompanied by beautifull piano and vocals. The pool was super clean. The room was quite spacious and we were happy with what we recieved. Good value for money."

"When we arrived, the receptionist didn’t seem to have our booking on the system. The room we were given smelled damp and we requested the other and the smell got worse like mould kind of smell. My partner requested another one which was on the second floor and it seems to be okay but the wooden table which took a big surface area didn’t seem to have cleaned and we can see marks all over the place. No cups for coffee facilities, only one tiny toilet roll and no one came to clean room nor emptied...
