"The location and or water access. The host was wonderful. He was always willing to accommodate any request made by the tenants. He always called to make sure that we are satisfied and comfortable. This is not something you find everywhere. "

"When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel."

"Wonderful hot water. TV did not work. Internet worked off and on. Slow internet when it did connect. Close to ocean -- just a few steps over the dune -- nice. Comfortable bed. "We had a fabulous day! Upon arrival the we found the house to be very open and bright. The house maintained the temperature it was set on very well. We really appreciated the cold air-conditioning! The house was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. We did have a friendly frog decide to come stay in the cistern.
