"Great hotel for costuming universal studios with a family. We stayed in the under water themed rooms overlooking universal walk and the park. Staff were very friendly with fantastic English. They had our bags waiting for us in the room and helped us ship them to the next hotel upon checkout. The staff had stickers for the kids, the cutest peanuts toothbrushes/kid sized slippers/teddy pjs in the lobby, plus animal sponges in the room. Such lovely touches! Location is stellar, next to the train station in Universal Walk and a 2 minute walk to the gates of USJ. "

"Great place, never disappoint. The buffet brekky was one of the best we've had in this trip. Staff are very helpful especially the one in Reception. The lady took her time telling us how to get to Nara Park with just one transfer. Even with Google maps, it helps that staff are able to give us more options. So the best tip us, when in doubt, ask help from your hotel staff as they are willing to assist in any way they can. We have been to Japan 7 times and we always have enjoyed our stay. Each visit us different, yet one thing is certain, the Japanese will always be there to help. Just ask nicely, it makes a big difference. APA amenities are also better than most hotels we stayed in, they are the only ones so far that gave shower caps and lots of bins in the room for all types of rubbish, plus several paper cups for our cold and hot drinks. Our room might be smaller than the other ones we stayed in but it made up for the great amenities suited to our needs. Arigato gosaymas APA and staff!"
