"Room was alittle small. We had the classic king. Expected better service. Belle took care of us when arriving. She was great. Room was cold. Finally asked for heater . It help alot . I guess i just expected better service. Ask for accessible room. There was none available. It made it difficult when taking shower. Hotel location was awesome. Close to everything. Parking so expensive. Should include it with room. "

"1st off, we LOVE downtown Memphis. We've got married in Memphis in 2013 and have stayed at almost all the hotels in downtown Memphis over the years with the exception of the Peabody. We decided to splurge and book a night there, only to find we could've gotten a much cheaper rate through the hotel itself rather than through Expedia. That was on me.
