We then also did it in person with him on arrival. We have then had 4 months of charges, months of letters and calls from a debt recovery company and told we would be sent to court if we didn’t pay the £170. He told me he cancelled it 2 months ago, but is refusing to take any calls, won’t reply to any texts and we’ve been forced to spend £170 on...

"Unfortunately they are renovating the restaurant so limited menu in the bar. Also had to change lunch to another restaurant as they were drilling so too noisy. This will be finished in a few days though, and as I have stayed here before I know this is not normal and I will certainly continue to stay at the Priory and would recommend it. "
