"*** WARNING *** They will place an up-front charge for potential damages on your credit card and it will take days for it to be zeroed out. I will not be returning as long as this customer unfriendly policy remains in place. The property is dated throughout. I would definitely not call it a "Chateau", more like a lodge. "Love this property, it is like coming home when we stay. They could improve check-in time COVID19 is over and when you have to wait until 4:00 to check-in it leaves you in a rush to unpack and get ready to go out for dinner, especially when my husband has to eat at 5:00 because of transplant medication."
