"I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. "It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for...
