"The hotel was well located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Also only a 20 min walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for 2 nights so did not get the chance to use all the facilities. I would definitely stay again."

"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times. "

"Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families. "
