The hotel was great if you are only going to be sleeping. It is quite small for me (6ft 240lb) and you have no control over the temperature of the room. Thank god the window could open because it was hot.

Funky hotel chain
This is a clean and ecological hotel with small rooms but all the amenities needed. The staff is attentive, even dealing with issues by email before I arrived. There is a Taiwanese restaurant on the first floor. It is conveniently located. And, there are books in each room about Japanese history.

I think this time of my stay is not okay as my room is not clean. I stayed at APA hotels before and it was pleasant but this time my hotel room is not clean. There are a lot of marks on the wall. The bathroom needs deep cleaning as the shower area have molds. The panel for using the bidet have some too.

APA hotels in Tokyo have very small appartments (11 m2) and this was no exception. What stood out, however, was the rigid and unhelpful policies of their management. In my case, I was to go on a two-day trip to Seoul and I asked to leave my bigger suitcase at the hotel until my return. I had actually booked a reservation with them for that second stay. They refused and it did not help asking for a supervising manager. Of course, I canceled the second reservation and I booked another hotel which promptly acceded to my request to leave my suitcase with them for two days prior to my arrival

The room was old and dirty. Chair in the room was broken. The location seemed old with no storage under the bed, unlike some of the newer locations near by. Service by the front desk was consistent with APA. Only one elevator which was also an issue during peak hours. Overall, I would avoid this location. 4 other near by within walking distance that are newer.
