The staff were amazing. They saw me filling a bag with ice (the kind of bag used to reduce swelling from injury) and they got me an "ice pillow" which was amazing and stayed cold longer than any of my cold compresses at home. They were helpful with every question and thoroughly explained the elevator controls, the air conditioner, the cleaning policies, and scheduled a taxi for us on checkout day. The table in the lobby has plenty of disposble hygiene items to take as needed, and even included some fun seasonal items like a purple halloween bath salt. My favorite part of this hotel - and the reason I chose it - was the shrine next door. Yanagimori Shrine 柳森神社 is such a beautiful and peaceful little shrine and it is a delight to be able to walk out of the hotel and right onto the shrine grounds first thing in the morning.

The bathroom was very clean and had excellent facilities. I also loved the clothes steamer which I used to freshen up my clothes. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be a bit used and on the old side. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee and beverages were very good. This property has an excellent service bus to and from the airport terminal.

Great hotel for family with kids
We love this hotel since it has a room that can accommodate 4 people. It’s a big hard to find a room that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is good and lots of restaurants nearby. They also have a shuttle bus to the airport so that was a plus. Actually we stayed here on the first week of our trip to Tokyo and then we stayed here again on our last week in Japan. Otorii subway station is close by.

A clean, convenient hotel with a neat aesthetic close to the airport and within easy walking distance to the train. The airport shuttle bus is quick and efficient and the hotel offers service in both English and Japanese. Very good option for those looking for a hotel near Haneda.

My experience was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The small room was ok since we spent most of the time out of it anyway. Food and amenities were amazing and the location was less than a 3 minute walk from Tokyo station. Highly recommended and will return when possible.
