I stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was swift. I took N’EX from Narita airport to Shinjuku Station in the evening, the hotel is within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a little expensive.

Room a bit small. Daily housekeeping don’t change used glasses or cups. They also don’t tidy washroom countertop, just change towels, refills stuffs, PJ and change bed. The room has a little fridge. They provide good quality skin care products as well as face mask. There is a 24hr Lawson in basement. Walk to shinjiku takes about 10-15min. Quiet location but the airport bus not as frequent. We end up taking the bus to shinjuku from narita then took the taxi to hotel. Another 8-1000 yen.

Location - around 10-15 min walk to JR shinjuku station, all along flat road. There is a convenience store just downstairs inside the hotel but it is not 24/7. But there are other convenience stores nearby. Room- The staff is nice. The room is clean, quiet and not big. It is just fit for one person. You have all the amenities inside. It is quite good value for money. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant surprise how easy it is to get to the hotel from the station. There is a undergrund pathway that leads to the hotel which is very convenient on rainy days!

A longer walk from the train station. The rooms were not the cleanest. We opened the curtain to let some light in but around the windows it was moldy. Thankfully I only stood one night here.

The hotel wasn’t bad. The rooms were even smaller than it looked like online. The bathroom was almost uncomfortably small for a person of my height and size, and smelled like urine constantly. Airflow in the room was bad, so I had to have both the room and the portable AC in the room on high to keep it comfortable.
