I was only here for one night but I found the service helpful especially with the staff's command of the English language. The food options in tge dining area were different but in line with the very business nation of the hotel.

Condition of the property is good and it’s located close to Kamata stations on two separate lines. Free coffee amenities are provided which is normal for all hotels in Japan. Housekeeping is not daily, during our 7 nights stay only once they clean the room and bathroom. Rest all days they just provided set of new towels. At the end I asked front desk to call a oversize taxi but they told me that they can only order normal taxi so bit of disappointment for me.

Nice, quiet hotel located within a 10 min walk from Kamata Station. The area around the hotel seems residential at first, but there are plenty of dining options nearby - many of which are open late. We usually stay in busier, high traffic areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, so this was a welcome change. My kids loved the local playground that was across the street from the hotel, so that was a plus!

Loved this hotel; albeit small rooms - but I knew that coming in (since the rooms were of my choosing), it was just a little difficult to maneuver at the end of the trip with the extra luggage we bought. Walkable distance to Keikyu line and Kamata station. Staff were very helpful and friendly, always greeted us with a smile. Truly loved having the washer/dryer in the room - very convenient for a two week stay! It may be user-error, but my only issue is that one load takes at least 3.5 hours and the clothes still come out a tad damp; nothing horrible, I just would run my loads at night so it goes on while we sleep. Husband and I already discussed that when we return to Tokyo, we will be staying at this hotel again - but in a bigger room! : ) thank you so much for a great stay! We cannot wait to come back!

The pillow on my bed smelled very bad. I complained to the staff about it in the morning as I was too tired to complain about it before going to bed although I noticed the smell. The staff also admitted the smell of the pillow, but did not do anything as an apology. So it’s obvious that the hotel keeps using old pillows without checking smells. If you are staying there or any of their chain hotels, better to check the smells of the pillow when you check in. If you find your pillow smelly, you can ask the hotel to change it.

飛行機の遅れで夜遅く着いたけど、 空港からも、初めての蒲田駅からも、近く便利でした。館内+お部屋も綺麗で、女性1人でも安心して泊まれました。朝食も良かったです。
