"This is a really pretty hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and up-to-date. Hotel has a pretty fancy feel. And the gym was ok too (which is an accomplishment for hotel gyms in general). Service was top-notched. The hotel concierge, Lucky, went the extra mile to help my get a cab all the way to Shanghai. He deserves a huge shout out and is the reason I would recommend this property! "

"Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. Service was generally good though a little slow to check in and a bit of wait for breakfast. I understand we arrived at peak time however the lobby area didn’t really seem big enough to host the number of guests then had to step over wires whilst playing the food. "Close to shopping center and public transport. Convenient store right opposite the hotel. A bit far from tourist attractions. Overall good enough. "
