The room we were in was very noisy, you could hear people shutting thier doors and convesations from the hallway. When they say rooms are insulated from noise, maybe from the street but definitely not from inside.

staff that assisted me were not helpful at all and was not understanding my situation my flight got cancelled and I returned back to the hotel to extend my stay using the same privileges I had as VIP but the receptionist rejected saying you need to rebook through the same agency to get the same privilege not understanding that it was a saturday no one is available to connect with to help with the reservation through the agency and it is an emergency due to the flight cancellation Vishal the manager is not helpful at all he is downgrading my reservation being very rude saying you can report me and gave me his card to do so very disrespectful to the situation I have been searching at midnight for a room to stay It is not in their policy to show the rooms and choose from as they are offering me a double bed room instead of queen room which was a downgrade and started yelling at me saying you can go find another hotel at midnight. i asked him to show me the room to see if it is possible to take my proper decision to accomaxage me and my daughter and he said that the hotel policy is not to show the rooms which i have never seen in any hotel as well as when we asked him to show us the policy he rufused and said that that was an unnecessary ask and very stupid of us to even ask for such a thing.

The Wifi was absolutely awful. I had a business presentation the next day and could not log into my server to get the appropriate documents. As a business traveller, and in this day and age, you should not have to pay to get decent Wifi service. Especially at the rates the hotel charges for a stay. The shower had 2 temperatures, ice cold or burn yourself. I will say the staff were very attentive and polite.

Wonderful location. Right across the street from Union Station. Staff was helpful breakfast and dinner at Reign were amazing. Many options for an after work drink inside the hotel. Two concerts were: 1) elevators were significantly slow and any room ending with 292 (1st- top Floor) is right next to the elevator and you’ll hear it all night long.

Very outdated property, rooms / bathrooms are barely functional and very old and ugly, the pool smells of chlorine and is very small, overall this is not up to fairmont standards at all. Probably the worst fairmont property out there.

Horrible booked thru Expedia it shows different pictures than what I got room is very very small old damaged furniture mattress is worn out makes spring noise when you lay on it or turn sideways bathroom shower is horrible very very slow some staff is very rude told the hotel management showed them booking pictures they wound y so anything I would not give any stars at all they are claiming 5 star worst worst
