This ocean feel apartment is newly renovated and boasts all the modern amenities you will need on holiday or during a corporate stay.
Situated at the quiet end of Gregory street, but still just a short walk to the waterfront Strand, parks, and cafes! The convenience of this location is second to none, placing you a stone's throw from fantastic cafe's, restaurants, specialty shopping and more. However you are also just minutes from the city if you are in Townsville for work.

From The Strand you might decide to walk to Pallarenda Beach at one end or the Marina at the other. The Strand is a 2.2km stunning beachfront promenade custom-built for enjoyment. Along this palm tree lined stretch are bike and walkway paths, safe swimming beaches, picturesque picnic spots, playgrounds, exercise stations, a water park and restaurants and bars with to-die-for water views.

You can enjoy the free family fun of The Strand Water Park, fish off the pier, choose to get active with a jog or head up iconic Castle Hill to the lookout to enjoy Townsville's best views. You are within walking distance of all these attractions making this apartment appealing if you like to walk everywhere. Or, simply laze on the beach and enjoy the spectacular views of Magnetic Island.

There are three bedrooms, all beautifully presented with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite. There is a second bathroom located close to the two remaining bedrooms, situated at the rear of the apartment. The main bedroom and ensuite are located at the front of the apartment off the living area, making it the ideal space if you want more privacy in the evenings while the children sleep.
