We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. "Kinparo Hotel was exceptional. It’s rated a 3•.in Japan. But anywhere else it would be minimum 4* or 5*. Our room was beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains and ocean.it was a real treat to stay in this lovely hotel. It’s also only 10 min drive / shuttle bus from Kinosaki which a lovely spa / onsen town with weeping willows on s small canal. The hotel is a hidden gem. "

"Place is very convenient to restaurants and onsens. On our last day, when we returned to our room at 8.30am after breakfast, the futon beds were already stored away. Checkout time was 10am. We had to sit on the floor in the meantime. We were still paying guests and should not be subject to such discomfort in their eagerness to clean the room early."

"By far the highest quality service I have ever experienced! The entire team here was so warm and helpful. They thought of everything and was always several steps ahead. From food to transportation, I didn't have to worry about a thing, and it only made my experience in this onsen town all the more relaxing and unforgettable! Also, the chefs are amazing. "This hotel was the highlight of our Japan Trip. We loved experiencing a traditional Ryokan. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. "Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... "We loved our stay! Beautiful property in a very convenient location, but above all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I had a careless oversight and left our train tickets in the room and a staff from the hotel ran all the way to the station to hand us our ticket just in time. Incredible! Thank you so much!
