"What an awesome stay. We had issues with our prior stay in Tam Coc, had to book last minute. Was greeted by the family. She checked us into our private rooms. Super nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and just a short walk to one of the main areas. The breakfast was included in the morning. It was decent. "Tommy and Lily are great hosts who provide a lovely place to stay in Tam Coc which is down a small street off the main road which means it is quieter but still 2 minutes from restaurants etc. Breakfast is freshly cooked which is nice. Try the banana pancake. Tommy and Lily arranged cars to take us different places which saved us a lot of time and he also made recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to go. Overall we would recommend 100%"

"The family that owns this place is very nice and friendly. It was relaxing to stay there. Convenient and inexpensive motorbike (scooter) and bicycle rentals. Breakfast that was included in the price every morning was either tea or coffee, a smoothie, 2 eggs, a pancake, a baguette with butter and a small piece of cheese, and some fruit, which was a great way to start your day. 👍😊"

"Pros - price, location, good sized room, shower quite hot and lasted long enough for me to wash my hair Cons - they do not do daily housekeeping despite the description, there was no hairdryer in the room and the one they then provided literally exploded and easily could have caught fire (luckily it didn't and they went out and bought a brand new one which was nice), photos are of a better time, there is no pool table just loads of scooters, staff are a mix of surly and friendly"

"The address as listed on Hotels.com is not correct. The hotel was in actual fact 3km outside Tam Coc. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue.
