Brand new Washer and Dryer with laundry detergents, fabric softener, dryer sheets, stain lifters, steamer/iron, and ironing board.

GARAGE & DRIVEWAY
The garage accommodates 2 cars in the garage and 6 bikes on the wall mount. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. 4 cars max on the property. No RVs. No street parking.

HEATING & COOLING
The central air and heating are controlled by a Sensi Smart thermostat, but as the home is older and quirky, it heats and cools better on one side vs the other side. We have provided space heaters in all bedrooms & fans in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

INTERNET
High-speed! 450Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

SECURITY
Equipped with Ring Security cameras. Security cameras are only installed on the exterior of the house. Located on the front door, two side gates, and garage door.

BABY KIT
We provide a Mini Crib w/sheets, Travel Pack & Play, High Chair, Sun Stroller, Baby Dinnerware & Utensils, Baby Gate, Baby Bath, Baby Books, and Noise machine for the comfort for your little one.

PET KIT
We provide Food and Water Bowls, Placemat, Water Resistant Blanket, Snacks, and Pet Wipes and Waste bags.

POOL & HOT TUB
We provide towels.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Amenity limitations
1. Pool - The pool is NOT HEATED, so will mainly be used in the warmer months.
2. Propane Tanks - There may be a chance that the propane tank runs out. We try to keep a spare tank full, but if the tank is empty, please go to the nearest Circle K (3 min drive) to refill it. It costs around $20. Just send a receipt and we will reimburse you.

HOUSE RULES
Please make sure you read and understand these rules. It helps us provide a positive experience for all guests and minimizes any potential extra charges.

1. We do not allow parties or events. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If we determine you are disturbing the peace, we will provide a warning. If a third warning is needed, it will result in a cancellation and no refund.

2. Pets. Two dogs max. All pets are subject to pre-approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay will be requested if we approve of your pets. Message us with pet type, breed, and overview of their temperament(s) before booking for pre-approval.

3. No unregistered pets. Unregistered pets will still be charged the $150 per pet/per stay pet fee after check-in.

4. Hot Tub Rules: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Shower with soap before using the hot tub to keep the water clean and free of lotions, oils, and dirt. No Diving or Jumping. The hot tub is for soaking only. Diving or jumping is dangerous and strictly prohibited. Temperature Caution: Do not adjust the water temperature above 104°F (40°C) to avoid burns or overheating. No children permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision.

5. Pet Rules: Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $150 per stay. All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest upon request):
- May not exceed 80 lbs.
- Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.
- Must be spayed or neutered.
- Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
All pets must be leashed at all times. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.

6. Please only flush toilet paper. NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a $350 fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

7. This is a no-shoes house. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.

8. Check-out is at 11 AM or earlier. If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 charge will be assessed.

9. No smoking or vaping. There is a $200 charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.

10. Please do not dump oil or fats in any of the sinks. If the sink clogs during your stay, a $200 charge will be assessed to have a plumber make repairs.

11. Fireplace: Fireplace is decorative purposes only. No fires allowed in the fireplace.

12. Do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.

13. Please clean the grill after you use it. If the grill is left dirty, it will incur a $30 cleaning fee.

14. Stained towels (or bedding sheet) are $15 per towel (or bedding sheet) to replace.
