Great place and the rooms are very nice. The amenities were over priced and the staff was great but they are there for their job and nothing more. Meaning they are friendly but they don’t go above and beyond, like carrying your luggage. I only mention this is because they asked for a tip and all they did was their job. Tips, in my opinion are earned. But over all the rooms are very nice and private.

I love these types of small boutique hotels. You get very personalized attentive service. You get to know the small number of staff. Having a personal & private plunge pool was fantastic. It was just far enough out of town to feel more quiet and private without the crowds or constant barrage of people hawking their wares, but close enough to get to restaurants and shopping with a fairly short drive. For a very minimalist experience the room was well designed. One or two chairs to sit in would have been nice, but there was a sitting area outside the room by the plunge pool.

Beautiful property/room. Very clean and tranquil. The hotel is perfectly located away from the noise and activity of downtown Tulum and bustling hotel area, but a quick and easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. I had minimum interaction with the hotel staff, but they were always kind and friendly when we did cross paths.

My stay was so comfortable and pleasant! It is a very quiet location perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The hotel is also far enough from the busyness of downtown Tulum, but not a far drive away. I loved the feel of simplicity, the aesthetics, luxury feel of the hotel. I enjoyed the villa! Very nice. Very nice staff. Danny and Giselle were very helpful in recommending and supporting during my stay. The room's pool was very nice too. I hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Rooms, Very Private, easy and quick check in, very professional staff. The Pictures don't do justice to the place. It's Peaceful and Beautiful.The only little thing that bothered me but was not a big deal was the traffic noise on the outside private pool. I did fix the problem on my own by playing mayan music on my speaker, so maybe bring a small speaker if traffic noise bothers you. Really enjoyed and stay and I will definitely return.

Excelente hotel! Unos de los mejores que he visitado. El único problema es que no hay quien te lleve la maleta a la habitación y en pasillo es de piedritas, la maleta no rueda y toca cargarla. Tampoco hay comida con servicio a la habitación 24h.

La propiedad está increíble, un verdadero paraíso, no alcanza una noche para descansar y disfrutar, no alcanzamos a tomar algún servicio del spa. Por el precio recomiendo que los clósets estén equipados con porta maletas y ganchos, tal vez batas y pantuflas , colocar los kleenex en una caja acorde a la decoración de la habitación. La tina de ensueño y no se diga la alberca privada. Hubo un tema con la regadera pero en todo momento nos ayudaron. La atención fue muy buena desde el momento de la reservación, mi esposo quedó fascinado pues fue su regalo de cumpleaños. El desayuno puede mejorar más, aún que nos encantó desayunar en la terraza un platillo estaba algo salado y ácido el otro ácido, colocar servilletas también faltó. Aceptan cargo habitación pero al no tener terminal bancaria piden tus datos de tarjeta para pago mediante sitio web, decidimos mejor pagar en efectivo. La propiedad está a pie de carretera y es difícil incorporarse por el tráfico y lo velocidad de los autos que van pasando, el estacionamiento está a pie de carretera por lo que estuvimos un poco preocupados pero todo tranquilo.
