"There is no other option for me then The Bernini Palace in Florence. Stayed twice in 2 years and wouldn't even consider somewhere else. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. We love a quiet afternoon cocktail and wouldn't miss the gorgeous breakfast. Love the bed and bedding and also the bathroom on the room is spacious and pristine. The hotel is as special as the city itself. "

"Great location and breakfast. the hotel is next to the train station. I got a single room (one double bed) and the room was spacious. Even though it’s next to the elevator, the room was quiet. It faces the back of the hotel, so no views but also no road noise. The bed was a little hard though. Breakfast was great. The room has air condition. The shower doors didn't close properly and water leaked on the bathroom floor (at least the shower had doors)."

"Hotel in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. But hotel is older. Rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom. For instance, water temperature of shower would change sporadically without notice. Also could add USB ports next to night stands. Be careful when booking, some rooms have an inner courtyard view, so are very dark. "
