"予約時、ツインベッドしかないのは一応確認したうえで、5人まで泊まれることを確認し、人数も4人と記入して予約したところ、 チェックイン時、「1部屋2人までなので追加で部屋をとってもらう必要がある」と言われて部屋をとらされました。 システム的に予約可能であるにもかかわらず、旅館側のミスは一切認めず、大変な不快感を感じました。 予約は約6日前で、電話番号も記載していたので、旅館側が何らかの対応をすべきです。 別途、Hotels.com経由でクレームの手続きを入れます。"

"別所温泉は長野県で最も古い温泉で、上田駅からローカル線で約30分のところにあります。規模は大きくないだけに静かで落ち着いた雰囲気のところです。中松屋旅館は300年の歴史を誇る老舗旅館で、温泉街の中心に位置しています。大きな旅館ではありませんが、雰囲気はとてもよく、落ち着いてゆっくりと過ごせます。料理も工夫を凝らしており、おいしくいただきました。温泉は源泉かけ流しで時間を気にせずいつでも入浴できます。館内は部屋を含めて畳み敷で、スリッパを使わずに館内を移動するようになっていたのもアット・ホームな感じでくつろげました。都会の喧騒を離れて、静かなところでくつろぎたい人にはうってつけの温泉旅館かと思います。なお、北向観音は旅館から徒歩1分ほどのところでここもおすすめです。"

"Everythings was great, roof top onsen was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, except in hotel.com chinese version showing 4 Japanese beds included, but at the hotel said we only booked 2 beds for a 4 people room. Kind of confusing. "

"温泉街の坂の一番上のほうにあり、落ち着いた雰囲気が楽しめました。1階の浴場では飲泉できるようになっていて、手ですくって飲んでみると意外なほど匂いがなく普通に美味しい水のように飲めました。 駐車場は、宿から少し離れた所です。玄関から案内してもらって停めに行きました。"
