"We were able to get am hour extra for checking out. Instead of 11am, did 12pm so the kids could get some time at the pool. Wifi works great. Staff are friendly and breakfast has good options. Rooms are well maintained "

"We checked in at 11:30 pm and the front desk worker didn’t speak much English. We managed to get checked in barely. It was minus 1 C outside and the heater wasn’t on in the room so it was very cold. I turned the heater on and it started putting heat off but eventually stopped. The room was freezing and we had no one to deal with it. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it and it was filled in with drywall compound and not even smoothed out and had a creepy smiley face painted on it. The shower was dirty and moldy and the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the wall. The continental breakfast was non existent and based on the cleanliness of the hotel we chose timmy’s instead. I might have gotten three hours of broken sleep the whole night as I was freezing. Overal it was terrible and wouldn’t recommend. "

"Overall a good, inexpensive place to lay your head for the night when visiting the area. Staff was great at the front desk. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom upon check in. It seemed the cleaning team had gone over everything in the room except for the bathroom but aside from that everything else was fine. "

"Three days without hot water even after changing rooms, I finally got hot water on night 4. And I was there for 5. The people at the front desk were great. Housekeeping would make the bed and not replenish the coffee, take we towels and not replace them. "
