I liked that it was a quiet safe area to leave my truck parked. But I didn’t like how the rooms were very noisy, I could hear people’s voices and conversations it drove me bonkers. But again I loved that it was far from the city noise. The pool is fun! It was dirty around the buffet, but my bed was clean!

The staff are lovely & the property is clean over all...but they have a big mold problem in the pool/waterslide areas & the washrms... & I am allergic to mold so it was not ideal for me! We stayed there so our grandkids could use the slide & swim BUT the pool is NOT HEATED in December which is crap! The water is very cold & thus not swimmable... the hot tub was nice but since the pool isn't heated it was continuously packed with kids so over all it was not ideal if you are wanting to swim! For these reasons we will not stay there again next trip to Langley!

Excellent service, especially the lady at the front desk for check in (forgot to get her name). Hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was great, and the water slide was a lot of fun. The staff really went above and beyond, lending us scissors for our Eras tour outfits, getting us a muffin when we were leaving at 4am. Really grateful for the excellent customer service

Building inside has seen better days. This is not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but not the best. Stayed in 2 other hotels in the area for better prices and quality of hotel and experience was better. Parts of ceilings are coming down on the 4th floor. Hallways could use new paint. We couldn’t get the heat to work at first in the room. Had to get night staff to give us a hand. He also struggled at first. But we finally got some heat.

Alarm went on at around 1:15 am and everyone got outside. Not much staff to help or explain. Tried to discuss at tcheck out, unfriendly person at the counter barely spike and address the situation. I asked about policies in these situations or compensasion, he said no.

This is a really convenient location close to the hwy and driving distance to Vancouver. Kids loved the pool and slide and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning. This location is a bit dated but other than that it was a nice stay with no issues .

Hot tub was perfect after a ling drive. Open until 9pm with a waterslide. Beds were nice. The room itself was roomy and so grateful they allowed my two cats to stay with me. The front desk lady was fantastic! She was super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great as well.

The only thing we wanted to suggest is maybe having breakfast available into 10-10:30. If people travelling or out later at events stopping breakfast at 9 is early.
