This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived."

"I'd give it a 4-4.5 stars out of 5. The property and units are very well maintained. Clean, modern and functional. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the Shintomicho subway, and 4 minutes from Tsukiji. The kitchenette makes good use of a small space. The only areas for improvement, from my perspective, was the air conditioning and entry keypads for the elevator and room. "We had such a great experience staying at Minn Nihonbashi. The communication with the hotel was incredible. Every time I had a question I just msgd and they answered promptly. Our room size was great for a family of 4. We had everything we needed. Subway was only a few minute walk and plenty of 711’s and family marts around. The only thing I would say is I would have liked to get fresh towels more than once on our 10 night stay. Other than that, no complaints! Will stay here again! "

"It is as pictured. It was super clean and they have an air purifier in every room and leave them running after the clean! The kitchenette was absolutely perfect. They even provide a little sponge and soap for dishes. Our room had exactly 4 of everything (plates, flatware,) and some pots to cook. Directly across the hotel is a local supermarket where you can buy anything to make fresh food. As a celiac, this was especially important for me since I couldn’t eat off the street. Absolutely...
