"I was somewhat disappointed with the Aloft Housekeeping. They always forgot something needed in the room. One day, they left no bottled water; the second day, they did not provide toilet paper; and the third day, they forgot to leave face and hand towels. Of course, the Front Desk was very helpful in solving the issues. The bed was fine, the TV worked ok, and the working desk was good enough to work. Breakfast was okay, but I did not expect a great deal. The people were friendly and helpful....

"The service I received was excellent. The owner was very friendly and the cleaning lady cleaned my room, replaced clean towels and even washed the dishes for me daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked really well. The room was a bit small and it wasn’t any sound proof at all. You can hear every sound clearly coming from the hallways or the parking. I was woken up daily by people talking."
