"The hotel options are limited, so we are glad we booked this nice home. The property Mgr was always available and very nice. We had a hot water issue that he fixed immediately. The roof top patio was amazing. Some lounge chairs would have made that spot perfect. At check in, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as I was expecting so he scrubbed the powder room one downstairs. I just cleaned the one upstairs myself. "Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

"This property is a scam and should be removed. I booked it and got debited right away. When we got to the unit I called the host so many times and never responded. We had to find another place to rest and spend more money. This listing should be removed and we should get our money back."

"Lauren’s Crib was a cute and cozy studio. The room was complete with a TV, microwave, AC, Wi-Fi and fan. The host was also wonderful with communication and provided clear and timely check in instructions. The area itself seemed quite safe. There were security guards who let us in. The building was quiet and peaceful. Also the location seemed convenient as it was right next to a SM Hypermarket. My only issues were the leaking sinks and the poor bathroom design.
