"What an awesome hotel. Unbelievable view of Monteverde and the nature around it. Spacious and clean room, only a 5 minute walk from the center of town. The front desk was insanely helpful in picking out day trips and tours etc for us to do. Highly reccomend. "

"Enjoyed this property and staff was so nice and accommodating. I had emailed them through Expedia app letting them know we were severely delayed bc of our flight. When I arrived at midnight, they had my paperwork and keys laid out for me ( since no one was at desk). That was so helpful because I just needed to crash. Free breakfast was good and tasty. It's not a lush place, but definitely a good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again."

"After traveling to Europe, Asia, South America and North America to mention a few, I would say this is among, if not the best resort. The people went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. The Resort even when it was completely booked, didn’t feel that way at all. "This was an absolutely wonderful day, wish we could have had more time, but our 3 nights there were stellar. The property is up in the hills, and overlooks the Arenal volcano. Spectacular views from the main lobby and even from our rooms! There are multiple hot springs and pools on site, in 3 different groupings, and all were situated beautiful with food options and bathrooms and towel stations nearby. Delicious food, including sushi and Italian options. The drinks were delicious, especially from one bartender named Paola who also went above and beyond to take care of us. We ran into her every day and her wit and positive attitude were just wonderful. And lastly, the spa is small but stunning, i had a great massage and scrub which were both super relaxing. Highly recommend! "
