"We had an issue on the first night, and the receptionist managed to sorted it all out for us once raised. "Nice hotel, great location, very welcoming staff. Worth noting that some rooms only have a bath tub, no shower - and our tub had a large stain which was a bit off putting. Our towels weren’t changed at all for the first few days of our stay, and there wasn’t much room to hang them to dry - but then they were changed daily on the last couple of days of the stay so perhaps they were just overlooked on the previous days.
