"This property lived up to its VRBO listing and reviews. It is clean,spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything from coffee to toothpaste. We had no problems at all. The party barn was perfect for a day after our son's wedding get-together. SO much fun! We would definitely rent again!"

"We arrived and the property we were renting and it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The property manager informed us there had been a mix up with his cleaning crew. He offered us a different property to hold in until ours was cleaned but couldn't give us a time on how long that would take. We asked if we could just switch our booking to the other property so we could begin to get settled and he said that was not possible. We then requested a refund so that we could use the money to pay for somewhere else to stay. He told us he could only do a partial refund but also couldn't confirm how much that would be as he, "...didn't have the paperwork in front of him". He also said he couldn't get us that information until the next day. Without knowing how much we would even get back we agreed to stay and wait for the property to be cleaned. We tried calling VRBO customer service for assistance and received absolutely no help. We were told it was between us and the property manager. We did enjoy the layout of the accommodations, but the coffee maker did not work and we couldn't find the booster seat that was featured in the photos. I didn't want to continue to "bother" the property manager after our rocky start with those smaller issues."

"This place was the perfect host for our yearly family event that included several adults, teenagers, and children. The party barn was an absolute hit. The owner of the property was attentive, responsive, and extreamly helpful throughout the entire process. We will deffinatly be booking with him again in the future."
