"Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. "Loved our stay at Seehof Arosa! Short walk from the station but slopes involved. There is a shuttle in the morning that can be arranged from the hotel to the train station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room is older style with physical key, toilet a little dated but nothing bad. We had a comfortable stay and the view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning!! Only hiccup was hotel asking us to pay upon checkout when we made prepayment to hotels.com already so there was delay sorting it...

"Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful."

"This is based on family of four 2 preteen children. Likes - 10 minute walk to Jakobson Gondola, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, free above ground parking (if you can find a spot), easy online check in, ski room. Dislikes (for us) - no fridge in room, no kettle/coffee maker, pillows were flat / terrible had to request 4 extra (which hotel quickly provided), alot of road noise from traffic in morning / late evening, can hear everything in hallway on close by rooms.
