"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. "U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue.
