"Based on the photos from the lobby, reception etc. I was expecting a very fancy place. But once I entered in the room, it wasn't really that way. My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. In my shower there was a mold, but not in any extreme level, so it was acceptable. There was a hair drier, but no place to plug it in (in the bathroom), so I dried my hair in the bedroom. A couple of snags: walls between bedrooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours, water in this area is hard but no hair conditioner is provided, and the car park was at capacity for 2 out of the 3 days I was there so I had to park on the street"

"The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "

The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep.
