"The hotel is lovely but could do with an update. Bathroom is very old and the beds are a bit lumpy. The food in the restaurant could be better than frozen veggies. With a bit of work it could be a fabulous hotel. "

"Beautiful historic hotel . Rooms could do with electric outlets next to the beds and bathrooms could be updated. The service is bit too formal- when we requested a dinner reservation we could not get the time we wanted and when we arrived a half hour after our requested time there were only two tables taken- it was empty. "This property is amazing ! It looks historic but has all the modern convenience. We felt well taken care of by the staff. The location is close to old town, so no car needed, if one wants to go eat a meal. The two pools are great."

"The setting of this property outside of Estremoz is bucolic chic, and Walter, the host, was extremely gracious. My stay happened to be the day of the recent power outage in Portugal, Spain, France and other areas of Europe. Not having power was of no consequence however; it only added to the charm of being in the countryside. Walter was a pleasure to talk with, and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and had a nice private outdoor terrace next to the pool. If ever in Portugal again, I'll be going back to Reflexos d'Alma! Obrigado Walter"
