"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

"This was probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! I will break it down 4 in a bed style: Hosts: Were phenomenal! Nothing was too much for them. Friendly and courteous, efficient, kind and caring and all round fantastic! Facilities: we stayed in a suite, upgraded (for free!) to a lagoon view! It was perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was beautiful, lovely shower, bidet, and plenty of toiletries and amenity kits. The lounge area was splendid, with a huge bed...
