Solid place for a family
Quiet location, nice place, mostly clean, or clean enough. Wifi was speedy (good for my work). A little out of the way, but we liked that. Within 15 minutes of a ton of restaurants. Not quite as sunny as the pictures might suggest (walled in on both sides) but plenty of natural light. Air conditioning worked well!

Superbe appartement et obtenu pas cher pour 2 nuits. Appartement dans une sorte de résidence. Seuls les voisins ont été un peu bruyants, sans oublier les cloches de l'église tout à côté. Hormis cela ce fut très très bien. Propre, très grand, calme... Allez-y les yeux fermés

Nuova la struttura,ottima la posizione, ma assolutamente da bocciare la gestione. È assurdo che consegna e rilascio della camera non siano in loco, ma in un altra parte della città ,sottoponendo il cliente a ulteriori fastidi e spese. Sarebbe anche gradito non far pagare il deposito bagagli

Haus für einen perfekten Besuch in Venedig
Wir haben die Ankunft mit Übergabe der Schlüssel schnell und unkompliziert abwickeln können. Danach kann man mit ACTV oder zu Fuß die Unterkunft schön erreichen. Alles ist vorhanden und die Unterlagen zur Instruktion sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch den Stadtteil Cannaregio wieder einmal mit allen seinen Annehmlichkeiten genossen. Auch die Kirche Madonna dell' Orto, welche ja vor der Haustüre liegt und wunderbare Werke von Tintoretto beherbergt, stand auf der Tagesordnung. Wir kommen wieder.

El alojamiento esta bastante cuidado, aunque ni la televisión y alguna lampara funcionaban.La ubicación nos encanto,porque aunque se encuentra lejos del centro esta en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada.Cerca de supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes.
