"Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff."
