"Overall, the property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, with AC units and fans around. The ice machine outside was nice to keep fish cold. The kitchen had a coffee marker, with larger pots for cooking. The houseboat was stable and didn’t move much during storms, which was nice. Water pressure in the sinks were fine, but the shower had very little pressure. We washed using the sinks and then had someone bring water to the shower to pour over us to completely wash...

"The house boat wasn't fancy, but was all we needed for a group of 3 on a 4 day fishing trip. We docked a 19 foot boat out front and parked the truck and trailer next to each other out front. The ice machine appeared to be turned on and was empty, but after i pushed the power button, it started making ice. I would rent this place again."

"The cabin we stayed in was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys and if needed was 3 more spots to sleep . It had basically just about everything you would need to cook 3 meals a day , bring your coffee cups but otherwise I found dishes, pots and pans , utensils and coffee pot and glasses, laundry detergent and etc In Venice La you either cook for a good meal or pay for over priced gas station food or marina food. One key feature is the ability to leave your boat in a very safe area at night and not have to launch it every day, which takes a lot of weight off of your shoulders. The property manager was very professional and easy to communicate with.
