"Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again...

"The rental is in a perfect location, easy to walk to the beach, marina, and Funk Zone. It is definitely dated, and the bedding and towels need to be replaced, but it is well maintained and a great place to stay. I would give an overall 4 1/2 (instead of 4) if that was an option. "
