This private 3 bedroom 3.5 baths home is located in Old Orchid, is the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Featuring a pool nestled in the center of the main residence, a separate guest house, dream backyard, & plenty of room to relax w/family. Old Orchid is a gated community which offers paver streets, community pool, and direct access to the Jungle Trail and short stroll to the Beach. This is island living at its best! The home must be rented for a minimum of 1 month at a rate of $7,500 per month with a $2,000 security deposit.
