The host was really nice and the breakfast good. The room was big and exactly like in the photos. It's directly next to the pedestrian street, close to bars, restaurants and cafés. When we come to Verona again, we certainly hope there are still rooms free! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect spot to stay!
Check in was easy, location was awesome- 2 blocks to the main piazza, room was spacious and comfortable with tons of old world charm, updated, modern bathroom, very quiet, and a cool little balcony. Breakfast had everything you could ask for- fresh fruit, eggs cooked your way, freshly made coffee your way, all kinds of cakes, croissants, cereal, fresh juice, etc.

Very nice and clean, comfy beds and pillows. Only stayed one night, found everything we could wish for close by: pizzeria, gelateria, sights and great host. Arrived after closing of reseption but got both e-mail and sms with instructions on how to enter the property. So happy with our stay!

Try difficult to find and poor sign posting . Would benefit from directions before arrival and to nearest public parking .we had a very late night at opera night before & staff came to ask at 9am if we were still coming for breakfast which started at &.30 to 10. Beautiful room & very nice bathroom - great shower but no face cloths provided

This absolutely gorgeous boutique B&B is wonderful! This was a last minute booking and we really had no idea what to expect. This palazzo has been in the Borsari family for longer than they can remember. It has been exquisitely decorated, and is situated on a gorgeous street, with high-end shops. Walk out the door and go in any direction to find shoes, restaurants, and historic sites. Verona is an imminently walkable city to begin with, and this B&B is near it all. The breakfasts were wonderful- best croissants ever, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee and eggs to order. Can’t think of a single negative thing to say, we will go back!

Sorry to say that I didn’t get to stay there because of a lack of organization... check in is from 3 to 7 pm and they send me an email about the keys being in some sort of a mail box 10 minutes before they close the doors and I stay outside with a poor connection not aware of this email so had to find another hotel... And on top of that they won’t refund me , because I wasn’t or didn’t read very well, like I’m being punished...thanks for nothing Bonanza residence

Lo peor el intento descarado del propietario Luigi de cobrarnos al precio de hoy las habitaciones reservadas en noviembre. Además le reservamos 4 habitaciones, contando incluso con un correo suyo de confirmación y a la llegada solo nos dio 3, con o que una pareja se tuvo que ir de la Residencia, pagando el precio de julio, que era el mismo que nos quería cobrar él. El servicio, los lunes al menos, lo deja en manos de una única persona que sirve los desayunos, limpia y cobra. Sin comentarios. Inexistente profesionalidad del dueño que solo busca el mayor beneficio posible, aun a costa de su reputación. Por lo demás, la casa es preciosa y lujosa, si bien, en nuestra habitación no funciona bien el aire acondicionado ni había agua caliente.
