when I originally booked the room for us for Nov 21-24 for a gem show in PEAKES centre - I was given a room with 2x double beds. When my husband checked in on Thurs the 21st he was given a room with 2x twin beds. My son and husband are larger taller people and the twin beds barely covered enough room for them to sleep. I was not notified of the change of the room type and our costs were not changed due to the type of room given to my husband and son. I have stayed at Laurel Pt Inn several times and chose this hotel for its room layout, service etc. If this is how you look after returning guests, next time, I will choose a hotel that keeps its promise for rooms assigned. I didn't even get an email indicating room change. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Stayed in 244 look under bed it disgusting beds are like jail blankets are heavy, not comfortable while I gotta tell the truth 3 terrible pillows to each bed usual get 4 to a bed plus a spare no toilet paper no commentary breakfast. No free parking. Expensive restaurant three hundred dollars for four people and then you have to go get a pizza after cause you’re hungry. no decaf coffee.

The property is a bit dated looking and the rooms could use better amenities. The pillows were terrible. Could use a hot tub and better gym. Great location, very clean and the restaurant Aura was amazing! Overall a 4.4 out of 5.
